Terms of Service & Escrow Operating Rules
Last revised: September 2026 • Governing Law: State of Delaware & ICANN Guidelines
1. Overview and Platform Role
Bransworth provides a curated domain marketplace platform and transfer coordination service. Bransworth facilitates domain discovery, structured acquisition, and verified transfer workflows between buyers and sellers in accordance with standard domain registrar protocols.
2. Payment Processing & Settlement Protection
Buyer payments made via Credit Card, Stripe, Wire Transfer, or ACH are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. Funds are held in accordance with standard settlement procedures and disbursed to the seller once registrar transfer authorization has been confirmed or verified.
3. Seller EPP Transfer Obligations
Sellers listing domains on Bransworth warrant that they hold valid ownership rights and agree to provide an authentic, unlocked domain authorization (EPP) code promptly upon buyer payment confirmation. In the event of non-delivery or invalid authorization, the buyer transaction is cancelled and refunded.
4. Lease-to-Own Mechanics
Under Lease-to-Own agreements, lessees are granted DNS administrative rights for legitimate commercial operations while scheduled installment payments are active. Full registrar transfer is executed upon completion of the agreed term or buyout settlement.
5. Transparent Buyer Pricing
Bransworth maintains transparent, net listing pricing for buyers. Published checkout prices include standard marketplace transaction processing with no unexpected administrative surcharges.
